Fit-Camp

This “Total Development” Functional Fitness class is a fusion of resistance training, cardio, sports drills and an array of new and exciting exercises to keep you constantly challenged. This program is for beginner friendly as well as challenging enough for the advance. The sessions are split between strength and metabolic. Strength days are designed to build muscle while metabolic days are designed melt fat.

Semi-Private

Semi-Private sessions are a step above FitCamps. This Program is personal training that allows your budget to stretch a bit further. Some key notes:Writing and journaling are also essential for success, and we will provide you with a workbook to use as a tool to document your journey to a better you. Goal setting (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-senstive)
