This program is perfect for any child wanting learn more about exercise, manage body composition, or earn a place on a team.The middle to high school students will learn proper form of exercises like the squat, lunge, and press as will as the benefits of conditioning. By way of progressions, the children’s will begin to learn how to apply weightlifting to these movements in a safe and proper way. This program is designed is not only designed for athletes. Each camp session is 45 minutes, focusing on all aspects of strength and conditioning such as speed, power, strength, mobility, conditioning, etc.
