Hybrid Training isn’t one class at Underlying Strength — it’s built into our entire program.
HYROX and DEKA demand strength, engine, power, and the ability to perform under fatigue. Instead of isolating that into one workout, we train those qualities every week, year-round through our strength and conditioning system.
How we do it:
- Strength Days build the capacity to move load efficiently while tired
- Conditioning Days develop aerobic capacity, pacing, and repeatable output
- ENDURANCE (90 min) applies everything in a race-style environment
You don’t need to race to benefit from hybrid training.
But if you do, you’ll already be training the right way.
Develop the strength needed to move load efficiently while fatigued.
